Shipping Time Frame?
Our processing time before an order ships is 3-5 days, excluding weekends.
We will email you a confirmation once it ships and that will include tracking information as well.
Received Damaged Products?
As we try our best to provide the best service possible, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen.
Please reach out to our customer service either by phone or email. Can you please send us a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) you received and we'll do our best to resolve this as soon as possible.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. GourmetCoffees.com will make every effort to ship your package for delivery on the desired date, but there's only so much we can do once a package is in the courier's hands. We recommend that your order be placed with enough time to account for possible processing or shipping delays. Common causes for delays include inclement weather along the shipping route and high volumes during peak season.
Ship Outside United States?
We ship to the contiguous U.S. via FedEx. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada via USPS.
