Collection: Medium Light Roast Coffees

Medium Light roast coffees are roasted to a slightly darker brown color than their light roasted counterparts. They have a brighter acidity and are more complex. The original character is still quite noticeable. This level of roast brings out the fruity flavors in the beans while adding notes of nuts, spices, and brown sugar.
