Our Hassle-Free Guarantee

At GourmetCoffees.com, we guarantee your satisfaction. We offer a hassle-free refund or exchange to customers who are unhappy with the quality of any of our products. To return your product, please follow these simple steps.

  1. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
    Contact our Customer Service Department at 678-807-1003 or returns@GourmetCoffee.com for an RMA number and write this number on your return shipment. Product cannot be accepted without the RMA number.
  2. Ship Us Your Product
    Send us your unopened product or at least 80% of the original opened product. We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without the return of the product. 80% equals:
    • 6 ounces of a 1/2-pound bag
    • 12 ounces of a 1-pound bag
    • 4 pounds of a 5-pound bag
  3. Once your return shipment is received, your refund will be processed or your new shipment will be on its way.

Damages

Should your package arrived damaged, please call our Customer Service Department within 24-48 hours of receipt to file a claim and have your shipment resent to you. Failure to contact Customer Service within this timeframe will void any claim.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable except for damaged product. Customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, the return shipping costs, and the cost of reshipping the new product. In addition, customer is responsible should a return shipment be lost or arrive damaged.
