Farmers in Burundi, also known as “The Land of a Thousand Hills”, have mastered the art of sustainable agriculture. High in the mountains of this tiny country the farmers understand and respect the delicate balance of the environment. Much like its Tanzanian neighbor, gourmet coffee from Burundi is bright and citrusy with notes of bakery spices and a sweet nutty finish.
