It is generally recognized that Africa is the birthplace of coffee – in Ethiopia specifically. If it weren’t for those dancing goats, who knows what we would be drinking today to keep us running? Though each region produces beans with their own specific characteristics, coffees from Africa tend to be brightly acidic with fresh fruity and berry flavors.
