Maui Mokka

This Maui Mokka comes from the original coffee plants found in Yemen. Grown on the island of Maui, it is found on Ka’anapali Plantation high in the volcanic soils. The coffee cherries are left in the fruit and dried in the sun before being hulled. This produces an exotic flavor with notes of sweet spice and dark chocolate. The exotic flavor finishes with a smooth crispness.
